Price Changes

For all prices and products, CME Computing reserves the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. CME Computing is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. Monitors and printers are not included with computer systems unless specified.

Warranty

All components and systems are warranted by CME Computing for 1 year from date of purchase (complete systems are also covered by a 1 Year Onsite Warranty).  After 1 year, manufacturer warranties apply.  Extended warranties are often included free of charge on some items (i.e. hard drives, monitors, printers, etc.)  Contact the manufacturer of your component for more information.

1 Year Onsite Warranty

All systems are warranted by CME Computing for 1 year onsite from date of purchase.  CME Computing will repair your system onsite free for one year subject to the following conditions:  1) You must have all original installation CD's and manuals.  2) Third-party hardware or software is not covered under this warranty.  3) CME Computing reserves the right to terminate this warranty at any time.  (See the section entitled Warranty Termination for details).

Warranty Termination

CME Computing reserves the right to terminate warranty due to one or more of the following conditions:  1) CME Computing determines that the user is intentionally damaging their system, components, or software on a repeated basis.  2) Installation of third-party software repeatedly damages operating system and pre-installed software.  3) Installation of third-party software or hardware damages system and/or system components.  User will pay all parts and labor charges for repair.

Returns

Please contact Chris Ecklar at (606)356-3350 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.  Returned products sent without an RMA number visible from the outside of the shipping box, or with an RMA number more than 10 days will be refused. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. CME Computing recommends the use of reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery as well as insuring your shipment. The return address is 6451 Shawnee Ct.  Independence, KY  41051.  Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Shipping damage and lost packages must be claimed to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.  All DOA product must be reported to CME Computing within 24 hours.  Only DOA products can be returned for credit. Product(s) returned without defects will be subject to a fee of $20.00 per item or $40.00 per system plus $20.00 handling fee and freight. If some items are missing, it needs to be reported to CME Computing within 24 hours.

All defective products will be accepted by CME Computing for exchange or repair, at CME Computing's discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

All returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on current price, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice.  Opened software and special order items such as custom cables are non-refundable and will only be replaced with the same item. Printers with ink or toner seals broken will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%. No returns on any type of CPUs or memory modules.

Advanced replacement can only be issued within 30 days approved by CME Computing.  CME Computing will charge the replacement cost and shipping.  After CME Computing receives the defective product, the replacement cost will be credited back to the customer.  Customers will be responsible for the shipping charge on any advanced replacement.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. CME Computing reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. All service part sales are final and nonreturnable.
